Instead of having burgers last night at the cookout, he CHOSE to have a chicken breast (no bun). He had already planned a cheat night, so he took a LITTLE potato salad, but he also had a nice lettuce salad and fruit. It was his decision, and he has developed some great healthy eating habits! I am so proud!
