Do you think part of this new build will be dedicated honeymoon suites? You'll only be allowed to use your free night at those specific rooms set aside for that purpose. Maybe you could pay to stay longer, but no more free rooms of your choice?

Possibly pushing to have room blocks there for convenience? A new banquet facility/reception room that fills a need they know is out there?

I'm gonna guess "no" on the honeymoon suites. All signs point to this being a Disney Vacation Club resort, and those are maxed out with timeshare units. The Grand already has a ton of suites that they can't always fill. I'm also guessing no on new event facilities, since they have an entire convention center dedicated to this purpose already. When the Contemporary and the Grand Californian got their DVC additions, it was strictly hotel/DVC rooms—no new restaurants, except for the lounge at BLT that *still* hasn't been released to DFTW to use for weddings.
