Memom -- I have the same problem with the sleeping. I can go to bed at 11:00pm and I am up at 3am... wide awake. I do crash in the afternoon though.
My doctor told me to take Melatonin before I go to bed. I take 3MG and I have been sleeping longer hours. I still wake up in the middle of the night, but I am able to fall back asleep which is what my body really needs. You can buy it at any drug store.
I will probably give that a try, then. I wanted to avoid doctors and sleep studies and such.
I am just off to bed now and I can't wait for a Beaches and Cream update when I wake up in the morning!!!
Lots of piccies please!!!

Nothing like a big bowl of ice cream to start off your day!
he said i will be fine to go.
i need to lose weight.
it is an inner ear problem that has to run it's course so nothing can be done.
my headache sare migraines so he told me to take excedrin migraine.
before flying I need to use afrin.
If I feel dizzy to just rest till it goes away.
I can drink up till dinner.
Lose weight? Don't we all?
I'm sorry to hear about the migraines, though. I've never had them, but I've known people who went through pretty rough times with them.
That's great that the doctor says you are good to go Scott.
Yep, and I hope he has a great time!
You have the doctor's clearance to head to Disney World!!! La, la, la, la!
All systems go. Scott, go start packing. You're a guy, so I'm guessing you're going to throw some things in a bag shortly before you leave, unlike us girls who lay out the suitcases three weeks ahead of time (at least) and start putting little goodies in.
Now, about that ice cream...
Here it is, our first visit to the famous Beaches and Cream.
The skinny guy carrying the ice cream obviously doesn't ever
eat any of it. He just runs around with it.
The pool was busy with activity,
but I tried to wait until people moved and angled the camera to try to get it as people-free as possible.
What an awesome pool!
I liked the umbrellas.
I was trying to get all artistic with the photography, but it didn't work.
You can tell that, right?
We only had a short wait, and we were led inside the very small soda shop.
Brooklynn checked out the menu.
The decor was so cute.
The menu.
Those mirrors, as those of us who love HGTV well know, are there to make this small place seem larger.
People next to us got the Kitchen Sink, which was brought out to them with much attention. Everyone applauded the masterpiece.
I knew we couldn't do a Kitchen Sink, but we could take a shot at a No Way Jose.
Brooklynn helped me. So did the others.
Jill had a cheeseburger and fries.
(It looks like Jill has no arms.)
Jill says her cheeseburger was very good.
She did not eat the tomato.
She always gives me her tomatoes, but I didn't have a burger to put it on this time.
John had a cheeseburger and fries.
John says his cheeseburger was very good.
And he says the restaurant was very small.
I know this because I just called and asked them for their commentary on the Beaches and Cream experience.
Minnie and Daisy enjoying ice cream.
Then there was a cute little ice cream cone table, which I can't show you right now because I have reached my picture limit.
It was probably all those silly umbrella pictures.
The ice cream cone table will have to wait until next time.
I wonder where Erica and Dawn are right now!?!?
