Today, the hospital that I work at had an employee seminar conducted by the Disney Institute 
- the purpose was to educate employees on the Disney philosophy of guest services/customer satisfaction. It was a wonderful, entertaining, perfectly Disney presentation complete with MICKEY!!! 
What a way to brighten up the day!!!!!!
