A "super" E-Ticket comming to Tommrowland?

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a light cycle coaster?

I dont think it is happening anymore but a coaster based off of the light cycles from Tron. The cars would essentially be shaped like bikes and you would sit like you are riding a bike instead of a traditional coaster.

The "parking lot area" was the Galaxy Palace Theater stage, which was turns into parking spaces a few years ago.

If Disney decided to take those spaces away, or all of them back there, for the sake of an E-ticket, they will.

To my knowledge there are not planning to.

Its more than just parking spaces, but they cannot move to far back without running into the train tracks. Plus any building built back there would be seen from mainstreet.

I still hear this is going forward!

I'm hearing the opposite that there will be no Tron attraction and seeing how Disneys original attractions happen one a decade now and they have no other scifi franchises I doubt anything will happen.

Tron made money but it enough if it were POTC earnings the attraction would have been approved.

The next expansion will be Frontierland that will most likely add a show a smaller C ticket and a version of the Grizzly coaster being built in HKDL. This is the version I gave seen art for.

So no TL but FRTL.

As far as land goes, there is plenty right behind Space Mountain. They went under the train tracks at DL for Toontown, why couldn't they do the same at MK?

Granted, Walt wanted the train to go around the outside of the park but we are so far away from what Walt wanted anyway whats it really matter?

Because under the train tracks is already accounted for....there is cast space (the utilidors areas) under there.

Remember, MK, at "street level", is essentially the second floor of the theme park. Combine that with a ridiculously high water table in Florida and "down" is much more difficult than it is in California.

Unless I am mistaking the utilidoors don't go that far out.

I am talking about the area in the yellow circle

While they're at it, they need to get rid of those abhorent pieces of waste known as "Stitch" and the "Laugh Floor Comedy Club"

I may agree with the "Stitch" part , but the "Laugh Floor"...I enjoy that. I had to dance and my jokes have been told twice there...lol...I dont think its that bad. I really think the Laugh Floor should be somewhere else at WDW not in TL. HS would have been a good place for if they could have put it somewhere there. Just a thought.:confused3

If MK is gettign a new ride in Tomrrowland, and there is a problem with placing it, why not use the Transit Authority People mover to move them to the new ride. The would involve expanding the track and adding another stop.

To control crowds and traffic...there would HAVE to be an "overland" route to/from the ride. Peoplemover couldn't handle being the "queue" for a true E-ticket...it would get overwhelmed.

There's also safety issues that would surround using the peoplemover as the defacto transport to the new ride area. If there was a fire/poweroutage/other emergency situation, you'd need to be able to get those people out SOMEHOW "overland". I suppose you could build a back door, leading outside the berm....

A super e-ticket? so stitch's great escape and the laugh floor weren't enough? finally....dreams can be realized.....ladies and gentleman stitch's astro blasters! wait a second...
:lmao:

I find it hard to believe that there is $100 million "left over" from FLE, considering they just added a coaster, while only taking away M&G areas.
My thoughts exactly!

OT

Why do all your posts just say test.

back on topic.

I could care less about stitch, and the laugh floor in my mind serves one real purpose. But that purpose is an important one. It's there to be able to sit down in a cool air conditioned room for a while in the middle of a hot humid day. weather it's the funny or not is unimportant to me. but it's air conditioned and at least semi-entertaining.

Thats the problem you should be given Disney quality entertainment in that AC and also entertainment that actually fits in TL.

Yes, if they want to redo it with better theming and quality, I'm all for it. but I'd rather see money spent on a real E-ticket than re-theming. lastly, there are worse AC'd attractions on property than the laugh floor.

Its not bad it just doesn't fit in TL at all.

At this point, what DOES fit into TL? It's just a mish-mosh of psuedo-sci-fi themed rides, Space Mountain, and the People Mover (which now features a speil that does nothing for the ride). And I happen to be one that enjoys all the attractions except for Stitch.

At this point the story/theme is in such shambles that the whole land screams out for some re-imagineering.

You enjoy waiting for an ungodly amount of time for the indy speedway?
