A solution to the coffee dilemma?

I haven't tried this brand but I have tried the self heating cups before, they were awesome!

It was nice and hot and stayed that way for quite a while.

Who else makes the self heating coffee and where can I buy it? I'll order these from QVC if I can't find anything else. I don't order that much from QVC ,because their s&h is high. If there's a better deal, lead me to it !

WOW I'd never heard of these....Does anyone know anything abotu them? Im sure the milk used is full fat right? no skim lattes i'm sure....

Anyone know any other brands?

Blech! I hate coffee.. :rotfl: Although. My 7 year old sister adores it!!

I'm assuming also that these are full fat milk coffees but since I HATE NESCAFE , using these for one week is better than nothing ! :)

It appears that Wolfgang Puck also makes these.........here's the link:

Apparently they're sold locally in stores. If you click to search for a location, you can then pull down a menu as to what type you're searching for.....hot/cold.

THANKS !!!! I did a search on the web site and KMart is the vendor for our state. I'm sure this is less expensive than a QVC order.

On second thought....look what I stumbled on:

Can you imagine if this exploded in your bag at the airport ,during a TSA check ?

That is scary! Actually, it kind of makes me wonder if tthe other company won't end up having the same problems, since it's the same type of technology. What do you think?? I mean when something can heat itself up without the use of electricity, that just sounds like an accident waiting to happen. :guilty:

I know. Now, I don't know what to do. :confused3 I'm a real bear in the morning without my coffee. If I order the self heating coffee from QVC, I'm going to leave it in the original QVC shipping box, before packing it in the suitcase. I don't want my trip to Disney to turn into an extended stay at Guantanamo Bay ! Explosion + Suitcase = Trouble.

Why don't you ship the box to yourself at the hotel? Might be a little more than packing it, but much less hassle.

Or just bring ground coffee and coffee filters and use the coffee machines in the room. (I'm having gardengrocer delivery Starbucks House Blend ground and filters).

I FORGOT about the coffeemakers in the room and I forgot about gardengrocer ! DUH ! Thanks for reminding me .

Do values have coffe machines in the rooms?

I just use what is supplied in the rooms. I am not into fancy coffee just cream and sugar.

Is anyone like me who just can't even get out of bed ,without a cup of coffee brewing a few feet away? I saw the Hillside (8)10oz Self-Heating Assorted Gourmet Coffee Cups presented on QVC a few months ago and I'm wondering is anyone here has tried this?
http://www.qvc.com/asp/frameset.asp...e+Coffee&SearchClass=&search.x=13&search.y=14

No, but I wish we knew about it. My boyfriend is addicted to coffee, specifically Dunkin Donuts, which is find around Boston because there's one on every street corner. But good luck trying to get good coffee in Disney! I think it's more he's addicted to Dunkin's cream and sugar with a little coffee in it, because he thought every single cup in Dis was disgusting! He sometimes brews coffee here at home but with Dunkin Donut ground coffee!

Moderates and Deluxes have coffeemakers in the rooms and the mousekeepers replenish any coffee/tea/sugars & creamers that you use each day. I don't believe that the Value resorts have coffeemakers in the room and, if they are available from housekeeping, coffee is not supplied. So, for anyone staying at a Value, the OP's suggestion might worth considering.

Thanks to the Dollcollector1 for the information about the ready to drink coffees. I just went to the company website to order the product and they are no longer taking/shipping coffee orders at this time.
