Waaaaay back in October, I hit my goal weight (Hooray). Then I started exercising and weight lifting and one by one the pounds started to creep back up. Two weeks ago I was 6 pounds heavier. I was convinced that all this working out wasn't doing anything except increasing my appetite.
But then, finally, this morning, it happened. I got on the scale and was 3 pounds lighter. I actually feel tiny today!!!! Hopefully the scale will keep moving down and I'll be back to my goal weight soon. I'm just amazed that it took 6 long, slow months to convert enough flab to muscle that the scale finally moved in the right direction. So even though I'm heavier than I was 6 months ago, I'm much smaller. Please celebrate with me!!
