a small update on my dd, cat scan tomorrow

My daughter, cherie is having a cat scan (brain) tomorrow. Please keep her in your prayers. Silly me I finally collasped at work last friday and went home very ill but I'm ok now, all stress related. My husband was in a wreck last week (hit by a cop while going to work). Truck can not be driven. The police was at fault but they are self insured (county) and are in no hurry to even look at the truck. I think that was the last straw for me.
My dd's urine test came back ok but her blood test for her cortisol level is still too high. They will be looking for a tumor in the pituitary area. Her dr also wants her to see an endocrinologist if they do not find the tumor in that area. Unfortunately with cushings disease the tumor could be anywhere in her body. This may sound crazy but if there is a tumor the pituitary (from everything I have read) would be the best place to have it as far as removal goes so I am kind of hoping they find it there so we can move on to surgery and get this resolved.

Browneyes : no he wasn't hurt just real shook up. The police kept swearing he had a green light but a witness stayed and set him straight. The police was on his way to an accident but did not have his lights or siren on.
I think my dd will eventually be ok, I just have to be patient.
