A Simple Guide to Making an Autograph Book

I am looking into making a flip book through Snapfish. Has anyone done this? The book is $4.99 for 5 pages and $.99 each additional 5 pages (20% off right now).

I was going to make a book and have it bound through UPS Store, but I have 49 pages (2 pics per page) and the copies are $.59 per page plus binding.

Has anyone made a Prince Naveen card?

Natalie has one in her photobucket.

I'm making my girls' autograph books now and it is so hard to know who to include and not to include.

Is Naveen still at the meet-n-greet w/ Tiana?
Has anyone heard for sure if Prince Eric will be with Ariel at her new meet-n-greet?
How readily seen are these three characters: Timon, Rafiki, and Baloo
Is Capt. Hook & Mr. Smee w/ Peter and Wendy over by the Peter Pan now that they've been relocated from adventureland?

Thanks everyone!

I swore I posted these already, but didn't find them in my photo bucket, so finished them and uploaded them
They are all here.

Ok so I have been doing some serious research on how to make the authogrph books. My only question is once i have all my pages what should I attach my cover to?

Once you have printed out the design, glue it onto a piece of chipboard. It's a type of extra-thick cardboard that is used in scrapbooking. You can find it at craft stores, some office supply stores, and Amazon.com (that's where I got mine). On the opposite side (inside of the cover) you can glue a sheet of Disney scrapboking paper, another design you like, or cover it with stickers. Then, all you have to do is take it in and get it bound. Hang in there, you're almost finished! :goodvibes

I just ordered a flip book from Snapfish last week (photos from our Disney trip), so when it comes on Monday or Tuesday, I'll let you know how it turned out. Most of the folks on here have been happy with the way their Snapfish books turn out. The only limiting factor is that you can only go up to 45 pages in them. Have you considered making a larger book, but putting 3 or 4 designs per page? :goodvibes

Does anyone have the Epcot passport word file & instructions? If someone wouldn't mind emailing it to me at dquinn03 at att.net I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Hello~I've got a question about printing the autograph pages as 4x6 pictures...I downloaded (did not right-click, Save As) all of the characters I needed from photobucket and when they printed, the borders were cut off on the top and sides. I got them all printed at CVS. Was this due to the fact that I downloaded the images and didn't Save As?

This is a great site and am so glad I found it. Thanks for the help.

Ok great I will head to the craft store to purchase that. Thank you for your help. I am so excited!!

I sent it out this morning - watch for it in your e-mail! :goodvibes

The cutting off of the borders happens because not all of the original designs are sized to 4x6. Often they are 4.33x6.33. When you directly upload them without resizing, it cuts off the borders. Try saving them and resizing them before you upload them to be developed. :goodvibes

I have a delima...maybe you ladies can help me.
I had an autograph book made through artscow.. at that time my daughter said that she did not want any toy story charachters... well since then we have purchased 1 and 2 and she watches them constantly!!
Any advice on how I can add those charachters?? I do have blank pages in the book if all else fails

There are five characters from the Toy Story movies that you will probably see: Woody, Jessie, Buzz Lightyear, Green Army Men, and Lotso (new from TS3). Buzz doesn't sign, but sometimes he has a stamp. You could print out separate cards for those characters and take them along. :confused3 If they are loose, you can always scrapbook them later or put them with pictures in an album. :goodvibes

The characters from the movie UP are no longer appearing in Hollywood Studios as of May 1st. I have taken them off of the list of characters in post #2. :goodvibes

Who replaces the Up gang? Lotso and ...? Aren't Woody and Buzz in Pixar Place?

Thank you Music Mouse for your directions! I have been working on getting my girls autograph books printed and realized I didn't have Lotso or Bert. So I made them Natalie style ;) to match the rest of my books.
Lotso (7"L x 5"H): I am hoping I got his name right.

Bert (6"L x 4"H)

Thanks for the great designs, Sand! Right now, only Lotso is listed for the animation building. Woody is apearing regularly in Adventureland with Jessie in the MK. Buzz is currently being seen in both Tomorrowland and occasionally at Pixar Place, but not every day. (This may change as we get closer to TS3) :goodvibes

Ok I'm freaking out that my artscow books are not going to make it in time. We leave 2 weeks from today, it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered it and it still says 'processing'. I have emailed them twice and no response. :scared:

So I am getting ready to go to back up plan of printing my own. I really really really don't want to do this but if I have to I can. I am going to go ahead and put everything in the word document and size it all up so I just have to print, cut and run to office depot on our last day before we leave if I need to. So my questions are: do you just print on the front side and all of the backs are blank white? or does anyone print both sides? How do you do this?

And how quickly did office depot bind them? Should I allow an extra day or two?

I am trying not to jump the gun to quickly I want to give my artscow books time to get here so I am going to wait until the day we leave before having the ones I am going to print bound.
