a simple ? about EMH

Okay - if we are staying at a WDW resort and have...

1. Annual Passes can we go to the EMH?

and

2. If friends of ours are staying at a WDW resort and WILL NEVER GO TO 2 PARKS IN 1 DAY - and opt NOT to add the Park Hopper option to their passes - can they still enjoy the park they choose to go to say MK either AM or evenings EMH for that 1 park? (I know they can't do both the AM and evening EMH for any given one day because morn/evening EMH are at different parks each day)?

Anyone staying at a Disney resort can go to EMH regardless of what type of park passes they have. Your friends can go without having the hopper option as long as the EMH is at the same park they plan to spend the day in. They can't go to Epcot and then hop over to MK evening EMH). But if they spend the day in MK, then yes than can take advantage of any EMH for MK that day.
