My 8 year old ds just got up. I went upstairs and asked him what he wanted for breakfast. He said, "I'll have french toast..... but for an appetizer I'd like Raisin Bran" ummmmmm I guess we were spoiled by the Disney Dining plan!! :rotfl:

Imagine if you had the Mickey Mouse waffle maker!!!! :teeth:

That's what I asked Santa for Christmas and looks like he listened!!! :rotfl:

Ummm- I do have it.

:rotfl2: I love it!

I know Ive been at WDW when I come home and try to wash my hands just by sticking them under the faucet. I forget in the real world I have to actually turn the water on. ;)

LOL!!!

Did you tell him appetizers and desserts are not included with breakfast? LOL!!

If only it were that easy at home!

Lol... this reminded me of the when we came back from our cruise. I kept thinking how am I going to eat at restaurants and NOT just get up and leave without paying

Your son sounds adorable! I remember Robin Williams giving an interview many years ago. He imitated his son, who was about three at the time, when they were going down to breakfast at a hotel, and his son said, "The buffet looks intriguing..." I love it when little kids speak as though they are much older. My younger DS does this, and the teachers get a big kick out of it!
OP~ Make sure you're keeping a journal so that you can look back at the cute things he said one day. I had a journal just for those moments! :flower:

Our first night there we ate at Rose and Crown- he ordered the mac and cheese. I said, "Jack, how's your macaroni and cheese?" He said, "Delectable".
He's not being as cute this morning however.

I laughed when we transferred over to the DTD Hilton from POR. We had been on the dining plan and loved it. After asking the kids what they wanted to eat, our youngest piped up.. What's for dessert? He didn't understand after so many meals with dessert why suddenly there was no dessert.

Last night Jack got 2 hotdogs wrapped in Wonder Bread for dinner. I think he finally realizes, he's not in Disney anymore! :rotfl2:
