I knew it was going to happen! A week or so ago, a woman in one of my classes coughed right in my face (I'm talking RIGHT in my face) and she had strep throat. She felt really bad about it, but she shouldn't have even been in class as sick as she was! This teacher doesn't have a strict attendance policy at all, so there's no reason to feel we have to be there sick. Last night, my throat started hurting really bad and I've been fighting a fever. So, now I've got to stay home and I might miss a quiz. :furious: When I get a cold or other ailment, it really hits me a lot harder than normal people.

:sad2: :sad2: :sad2:

Why do people have to expose others to their illnesses???

I'm so sorry :( May I offer you some homemade chicken noodle soup that I am making for dinner tonight? :)

Oh yeah, chicken noodle soup is my favorite any time. I don't care for canned soup all that much, but I might get stuck with it.

And will you go kick that woman's butt for me?

So sorry that happened to you - feel better soon!

Thanks. Now the goal is to keep my family from getting sick. :guilty:

Marseeya, Get some Airbourne and take it every 4 hours for a 24 hr period. It works!!!

I've experence that... except w/ my son. He was sick and wanted to cuddle last week. Well he coughed and sneezed all over me, and I was sick 24 hrs later. It was my 3rd cold/flu thing in 6 weeks. I feel for you.
