Well, here's the story. DH and I just came back from our Disneymoon about a month ago, it would our 3rd trip to the world. We have felt at this point that we have seen and done everything that we have thought of doing... well, maybe not everything.
Anyway, here's what we are considering... and I am wondering if anyone else has done this???
We are thinking of going down for two or three days. Yes, just for the weekend.
True, we are from Toronto... the trip is long. But, we don't have much money at this point, we're paying bills and trying to save for other things, and we are also all out of most of our vacation time at work. However, I NEED some Disney magic.
Has anyone just gone for a nite? For a weekend? For one park? Just get a little taste of magic???
We were thinking of going for the Pirate and Princess Party, Typhoon Lagoon, afternoon tea at the GF and staying at the WL for two nites.
Just to wet our whistle... what are your opinions???

Our flights on SWA were $192 total return for the 2 of us, stayed 3 nights at ASMu at $208, so $400 US total. We already had AP's so our only other expense was food and Candlelight Processional. We couldn't have gone to a hotel in Niagara for 3 nights for what it cost us to go to Disney. We chatted with many people over those 3 days, and no one thought we were totally nuts for going all that way for a weekend. Much closer and cheaper than flying to Vegas for a weekend.
