A Sensible Dinner - Pearlieq's Journal

Yanno, I never saw 2nd City while in Chicago, but I did see them when I was in Toronto, and had such a great time! I never laughed so hard! I wonder if Steve Carrel came out of 2nd city...maybe I'll take DH to see 40 Year Old Virgin- he's a big Daily Show fan.

The vegan thing...it's interesting hearing your struggles on these issues. It really makes me realize how factory processed foods have really taken over the market. I try to buy local as much as possible, but it's really hard when you live in the suburbs. We think we have so many options, but really, in terms of organically process or locally produced, we don't. Maybe you could start the process in stages, and keep a journal of the changes you are making. Note when you alter from a vegan choice and how that makes you feel vs. when you go purely vegan...you'll figure out what is best for you.

Good luck, and congrats on the loss!!! :)

8/28/05

9:00am

--2 cups mulit-grain Cheerios
--3/4 cup 1% milk
--1.5 plums

I was NOT a happy camper when I woke up this morning. Magellan decided at 6:45 this morning that it was time for me to get up and feed him so he sat directly outside my door (I had moved to the guest bedroom in the middle of the night because my legs were twitchy and I didn't want to disturb DH) and meowed and meowed for a solid hour!!! I don't want to reinforce that behavior, so I tried to wait him out, but after an hour I cracked! I waited until he got quiet for a minute or two then got up, went through my morning routine, and went down to feed him. Of course he still had food, but for heaven's sake we couldn't disrupt the routine  .

At least it got me up and out of bed. I took a nice long walk around the neighborhood and should now have a peaceful hour or two before DH wakes up.

12:10pm

--10 cherry tomatoes
--6 cucumber slices
--2 T fat free Italian dessing
--1/3 cup garbanzo beans
--1/3 cup kidney beans
--1/2 cup peas
--1 T sunflower seeds
--1/2 cup minnestrone
--1 baked potato
--1/3 cup salsa
--1/2 piece sourdough bread
--1/2 carribbean lime muffin
--1/4 cantaloupe

I made myself a little salad of peas, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, and sunflower seeds tossed with Italian dressing. It was really good! This wasn't so bad for a buffet--Sweet Tomatoes was pretty veggie-friendly.

3:30pm

--1 2x3 toffee bar

A little treat at the bookstore. Now that we're back home DH is settled watching a movie and I'm going to head to the store to get groceries for the week.

7:45pm

--1/2 can barbecue Pringles
--2 servings chicken casserole

Oops--I lost control here. I was starving after my shopping trip and I was frustrated at all of the stuff I couldn't buy and reacted by having a Pringles tantrum.

10:30pm

--2 uncrustables
--1 1/2 serving Fritos

OK, two problems here. A) It was 10:30 and I should have been in bed! B) I can see myself falling into a fun new trap--I need to remind myself that just because a food is vegan, it is not OK to eat indiscriminantly. I've found myself doing that over the last couple of days with fries, the Pringles, and now the uncrustables and Fritos. Yes, they're vegan, but that doesn't somehow magically erase the calories! I need to work on this one.

Good morning Pearlieq! :sunny:

Sorry to hear that your morning was off to a bad start, but at least you were able to turn it around. Also, too bad about the show.

You did really GREAT yesterday in terms of food. Navigating a buffet and maintaining control when you ate out last night must really feel impowering.

Keep up the AWESOME food strategy, it seems to fit you well. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

Good morning, Pearlieq! :flower:

Put down the Pringles! The moment is over and done with, time to move on. Just look at how great the rest of your day was. Pretty good in my opinion. It will just take time for you to create some new habits, like walking past the chip aisle. You know chips add 40lbs of weight a year? Best to not get to crazy missing them anyway.

You can do this, I know you can. You are a strong woman with so much determination to see this through. :goodvibes

Hope today is a good one for you. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

8/29/05

9:00am

--1 1/4 cups chicken casserole
--1 baby plum

I'm a little late this morning--better get going!

11:30am

--2 Vans light/whole grain waffles
--3 T syrup
--1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

There was no earthly reason for me to eat this. I am happy that I measured out the syrup, though. I need to get back into the habit of measuring carefully. My "eyeballing" is usually pretty good when I test it, but it doesn't mean I should get sloppy about precisely measuring/recording my food!

3:30pm

--2 Boca "chick'n" patties

These were darn tasty! I was a litte worried about how soy "chick'n" was going to taste, but I was pleasantly surprised. They taste like pretty much every other chicken patty I've ever had. The Boca products are on a really good sale at our local Jewel--4/$10 plus I have coupons for $1.25 off of two. I've been trying to get a really good stock going, but they all seem to be out of the soy "burger" crumbles which is what I really want. The sale goes until 9/5 so I'll keep trying.

5:00pm

--1 grape fruit leather

These are also darn yummy. I grabbed one while running out to go chat with a neighbor for a while. It was nice to catch up and nice to get out of the house.

6:45pm

--2 pieces meatloaf
--1 1/2 ears of corn
--1/2 T light butter
--1/4 large cantaloupe
--1/2 can green beans

We're having company this weekend and I'm doing kitty baking so I need to get looking for some recipes. I've got flour/sugar in the house so I think I might make cookies this time. I've got some maple syrup I want to get rid of, so I think I'm going to make maple cookies and I'm also thinking of snickerdoodles and maybe fudge. I'm also trying to use up an almost full bottle of Godiva Liquer, so if anyone's got ideas for that I'd love to hear them!

10:00pm

--1 pkt Oreos
--1 cup 1% milk

Yummy!!! My preliminary thoughts for kitty baking are maple cookies, fudge (peanut butter for sure, maybe a chocolate one as well), banana bread, cocoa/peanut butter/oat no-bake cookies, and maybe snickerdoodles with toffee bits. Not sure yet.

8/30/05

--8:30am

--1 piece fruit leather.

I need to get my tucchus in gear and get a proper breakfast. I'm hungry!!! DH is working from home today as we've got the builder's rep and a dish guy coming out. Hopefully that will all be done by noon and we can run out and get a nice lunch--maybe Panera or something.

9:00am

--2 Vans waffles
--1 cup berries
--1/2 cup whole milk yogurt.

Ugh. Whole milk yogurt is not for me. It was the only kind of organic Dominick's carried, but luckily I found the lowfat at Jewel because this stuff is like eating mayonnaise! I think I'm going to use the rest of the whole milk yogurt up in my baking--it would be really tasty in some muffins or quickbread--it would make them nice and moist and rich.

1:45pm

--1 Boca burger on a whole grain bun with lettuce, tomato, pickle, fried onion straws, and barbecue sauce
--1/2 order fries (maybe 8 or so)

This was amazing!!! The dish install took a while and DH and I were starving, so we ran up to the new Red Robin for lunch. This easily the best veggie restaurant meal I've ever had! I can't wait to go back!!!

6:30pm

--1 portion chili cheese dip
--1 1/2 oz Fritos
--6 vegetable dumplings
--2 T peanut sauce
--1/4 large canteloupe

We had an "appetizer dinner" tonight and it was mighty tasty!

7:45pm

--1 small raspberry sorbet
--2 oreos

After dinner DH and I went to the driving range and hit a large bucket of balls. Then we went and looked for a few small toys to put out for the kids this weekend when our neighbors come over for dinner. Finally we stopped at Cold Stone where I got a small sorbet with Oreos mixed it. It was awesome!

The best part is I had all of this wonderful, yummy food today and I'm still in range! Now if only I'd dragged my tush to Curves! Maybe tomorrow...

Good morning Pearlieq! :sunny:

A brief glance at your post as it rolled onto the screen and all I saw was "Breakfast........1 piece......leather". My first thought was that you had really gone over the deep end on your new food lifestyle and must really be wanting to lose some weight fast. :rotfl2: Then I had to laugh at myself for such a silly thought, since I knew that really wan't the case. ;)

I hope you and DH can get out for a really nice lunch. Have a great day and keep up the AWESOME work. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

Oh goodness--the poor dear's finally lost it! First soy milk, now leather?!?

:rotfl2: Thanks for the laugh!!!

Hi Pearlieq!

Glad to see you are doing well! Hope that all is well today and that you have a happy & healthy night!

8/31/05 - Goodbye August!

8:40am

--PB&J on a whole wheat muffin
--1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
--2 baby plums

I feel really good this morning--happy, healthy, and optimistic. I AM going to Curves today. I'm even dressed for it right now, even though I probably won't go until later this afternoon. DH is going to be pretty late tonight, so I need to find something to do with myself so I don't sit around and eat all night. I think I might head up to the library after I eat dinner. I've got to do a bit of pre-work for kitty baking (dishes, getting ingredients together, making sure I have all of the recipies) but the real fun starts tomorrow!

11:20am

--1/4 cup hummus
--25 grape tomatoes

I'm making a concerted effort to actually follow my calorie distribution plan from earlier this week. We'll see how long the AM snack lasts me...

1:20pm

--2 Boca chick'n patties
--1 1/2 oz baked tortilla chips
--1/3 cup salsa
--1 grape fruit leather

I'm super hungry and can't wait to dig in! Plan for the afternoon is to hang out for a little while, then to get to Curves. After I get home and showered, I may do some little chores around the house, fix myself some dinner, then head off to the library for the evening. I'm really looking forward to that. I love libraries! I spent the entire summer between my freshman and sophomore years of high school in the library at the college where my mom worked. It was a great time!

6:00pm

--1 1/4 cup panda puffs
--3/4 cup milk
--1.5 oz fritos
--3/4 cup sf ice cream

6:30pm

--3 whole wheat tortillas
--1 cup 2% cheese
--1/2 cup shredded chicken
--1/4 cup barbecue sauce
--1 cup milk
--6 Oreos

How did I wrong here? Let me count the ways...I waited way too long to eat, skipped all of my interim snacks, and then just let myself eat mindlessly instead of having a decent snack and getting a proper meal.

The only upside to this is that I did make it to Curves today, so at least I got a workout in. The downside is that this little boo-boo puts me almost 300 calories over for the day, which means my workout was for naught. Could have been worse, but could have been a whole lot better...

Good morning Pearlieq! :flower:

It is so nice to hear that you are having a great morning. Your new food plans seem to be bringing out an even more optimistic you. You have been really upbeat and light lately. Isn't it funny how food can effect our moods so much? I know that I have felt really good lately as I stay away from the taboo foods.

I hear you on the thick yogurts. I just sat down with a "low fat" Thick & Creamy yogurt to try since DH still hasn't gotten in my regular yogurt. About 3 bits is enough. I just don't care for the texture.

I think going to the library is a great idea. You are definitely replacing a bad habit with a good one and creating a stronger lifestyle change.

Have a wonderful and magical losing day! ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

Good morning Pearlieq! :goodvibes

The little slips happen, but you are really starting to learn your habits so that makes it easier to recognize and change. I don't believe the workout was for naught. Just think where you would be if you hadn't worked out.

I hope that you have a good day and have fun with kitty baking. My, but that sounds morbid. ;) First soy, then leather, now kitties, where well the madness end? :rotfl2:

Have a great day! ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

9/1/05 - Happy September!!!

8:30am

--1 SB bar
--1 apple

Well, it's been a good morning so far. Magellan woke me up by yowling, but it was OK--I'm glad I got up earlier. I was able to go out and take a long walk and then come home and get some chores done. It's the first day of school here and fall is definitely in the air. After spring, fall is my favorite season. I love the crisp air, the colors, the smells--the whole thing!

Thanks for the laugh, Lesli! :rotfl2: I hadn't thought of it that way, but kitty baking does make it sounds like I'm going to pop them in the oven with a little garlic and seasoned salt...ew! I'm going to get started on the baking (of the sweets!) after the cleaning people leave. If I can get the breads (pumpkin and banana), the peanut butter fudge, and maybe the jam print dough done today I'll be happy. That will leave the no-bake cookies, the snickerdoodles, the baking of the jam prints, and the mini pineapple cakes (still my best seller!) for tomorrow. Busy but do-able.

10:00am

--1/2 cup grape tomatoes
--2 T hummus

A little snack. Now that the cleaning people are gone I've got to get freshened up and head out to Target. Turns out I only have one loaf pan. I could just borrow one from the neighbors, but I really should have two of my own with most quick bread recipies yielding 2 loaves. It shouldn't cost much.

My cats are so funny! We have tried feeding them countless treats, tuna, canned foods, etc. all to no avail. Until recently the only things they've ever shown interest in are their dry kibble and their hairball medicine. In the last couple of days we finally found something else Magellan likes--hummus! I let him have a little taste once and now he climbs all over me when I bring it out. Strange cat!

12:10pm

--2 whole wheat tortillas
--1/3 cup 2% cheese
--1/2 cup shredded chicken
--1 T barbecue sauce
--1/2 can tomato soup made with 1% milk

I haven't had soup in ages but it sounded good today. I'm glad I made it--it's tasty. I got all of my baking supplies, so I'd best get started. Some of the bananas I had frozen for the banana bread didn't turn out too well, so I'm going to make a "harvest bread" with banana, applesauce, minced carrot, pecans, raisins, and cinnamon. I think it will turn out OK.

3:00pm - 5:00pm

--little tastes, licks, & samples of everything

I made the harvest cakes and they overran the pan and gummed up the bottom of my oven. I had to peel the edges off the pan (which were tasty!) but they make the cakes look a bit unfinished. Oh well. The fudge turned out nice and the pumpkin bread was nice and easy.

5:30pm

--the rest of the tomato soup

I got a chance to have a long chat with my brother while I waited for things to cool. I really enjoyed catching up with him. He's thinking of coming up here for the holidays. I really hope so!

6:45pm

--1/2 portion macaroni & cheese w/peas and turkey sausage

I didn't really want to cook but I couldn't think of anything good to get for takeout. I'm still looking forward to pizza tomorrow though! I'm taking a quick little break here and then I'm going to go get the dough made up for the jam prints and the snickerdoodles.

9:30pm

--1 tb cookie dough

That goodness the dough is done!!! I made the jam print dough first--my was that stiff! I doubled the recipe and it turned out fine. I tried doubling the snickerdoodle recipe, but it was just too big for the mixer so I split it back up after I had creamed the margarine and sugar. While putting together the first half I ran out of vanilla so I had to do some quick thinking. I finished up that batch as the snickerdoodle dough, but on the other half I made some alterations. I was able to subsitute almond extract for the vanilla and I added in a bag of toffee chips I had left over. Hopefully toffee-almond cookies are good. The batter was darn tasty!

Yet again I am wearing my creations all over my shirt. At least I knew what to expect this time and put on an old shirt. My kitchen is trashed--you couldn't tell the cleaning people had been here--and my sink is crammed full of dishes. Tomorrow morning I'll tackle the dishes then get started running batches of cookies. In between cookie batches I'll fix up the no-bake cookies. I'll do the mini-pineapple upside down cakes last. I really want to get to Curves tomorrow. Maybe I'll try to go while the dishes are running. We'll see. I'm getting tired just thinking about it!

Good morning, Pearlieq! :flower:

You are a baking machine. Everything sounds so yummy. Your kitchen sounds like mine when I bake. I just keep going, afraid that if I slow down then I won't have the energy to continue.

Have a great baking day today! ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

9/2/05

8:35am

--1 LC garlic chicken

My last LC...

I got a load of dishes running, so I'm going to finish my breakfast then head on over to Curves and get that out of the way. Once I get back I'll start running batches of cookies. I think there's going to be a lot of them--at least 6 doz of the jam prints and the same or maybe more of the snickerdoodles/almond toffee. Long day...

12:00pm

--1 SB bar

Well, the jam prints are done, and I'm about halfway through the snickerdoodles. I guess I didn't add enough cinnamon to the rolling sugar because they in no way resemble snickerdoodles. They smell good and if the dough in any indication they'll taste good too! Fingers crossed!

2:30pm

--2 Boca chick'n patties
--1 plum
--1 100 cal bag popcorn

The cookies are done. I decided to hold off on the no-bake cookies until next time. I've already got about 25 plates of goodies plus I'm still going to do the pineapple upside down cakes later.

I just have to tell the whole world how proud I am of my DH!!! DH works for a local government around here and is a member of a group of civilian IT workers who work with the FBI on computer crimes. That group sent out a message of things that were needed for Katrina's victims, one of which was computers. DH's work just upgraded all of their PCs, but all of the old PCs are still perfectly good. He talked to his boss and his boss' boss and got them to agree to donate them all to Houston so the Superdome refugees will be able to communicate with their loved ones and the kids can do some online distance learning! But it gets even better!

DH has worked various jobs in the last 5 years and is pretty well connected. He was able to finagle a truck from a former employer to ship the computers, and that same employer is donating several trucks of food as well. He also got his suppliers to donate parts and infrastructure to help get them up and running.

The part that is bittersweet for me is that DH is going down there himself for a week or so to set it all up. I'm so proud of him I could just burst, but I'm a little scared for him as well. I wish I could go too, but I can't. I have to work and hold down the homefront--plus there's really nothing for me to do there but get in the way. I'm sure it will be pretty safe. There will be a lot of law enforcement on his team and it won't be until later next week, when hopefully order has been restored and things are a little more settled.

He's really something, isn't he? :)

4:45pm

--2 egg whites
--1/4 cup egg beaters
--2 lc tortillas
--1 pc 2% American cheese
--1/4 cup salsa

DH called and said he was going to be a little late, so I figured I'd best get a snack so I don't wind up crazy-hungry by the time he gets here. Hopefully this holds me!

6:50pm

--4 pieces cheese pizza
--1 1/2 cookies

I made a little tasting plate out of all the cookies I made so that DH and I could each sample half of one. I'm proud to say they all turned out pretty good.

I love my DH and I'm proud of him and all, but sometimes he does drive me batty! We had agreed almost a week ago to split a pizza tonight--1/2 pepperoni for him and 1/2 cheese for me. Well, he gets to Little Caesars and the person in front of him ordered a punch of custom pizzas (they have cheese, pepperoni, and sausage as a grab and go) so they told him that his custom order would take about 15-20 minutes. Well, my lovely (and diabetic!) husband hasn't eaten lunch and is starving, so just orders one cheese and one pepperoni from the grab and go. So, now I have a whole pizza to deal with--an extra 1200 calories to try to work in somewhere. I'm doing really well this week and I really don't want to lose the progress I've made this week, and it's really tempting to have all this pizza around!

Thanks for stopping by my journal! Sorry I've been to absent.

Have fun at Curves! Lately, I've been going a lot in the morning too- it's nice to get it out of the way.

I love snickerdoodles! One of my favorites from the batches I bake at Christmas.

I'm so jealous that it's turning to Fall up there...zero hint of it here in TX...I used to love fall at Northwestern. I would walk to school everyday in Evanston, and be able to clear my thoughts. While wearing sweaters...I miss wearing sweaters. ;)

Have a great day, baking godess!

Hi Pearlieq,

Your hubby rocks!!! That is very very cool of him to organize all of that! Of course the extra pizza was not the coolest but i think he can be forgiven this time! hehe!!

I love reading about your baking exploits! Feels like I'm there without the temptation to lick the spoons! hehe :goodvibes

hope that you have a happy & healthy night!
Mike :flower:

Good morning, Pearlieq! :cool1: :goodvibes

Looks like you managed to survive the baking temptations pretty well. The more you do this, the more I am noticing that it is just becoming a hobby for you and that your ability to resist eating all the sweets gets stronger all the time.

It is really cool that your DH is working on ways to help the people in need. I would love to do something as well, but at this point with so many just needing to get out and needing shelter, it is hard to know what to do. Hopefully as things get a little more organized down there, people like us will be able to find ways to help.

Hope you have a great day and just portion control the pizza if it gets too tempting. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

9/3/05 - Weigh In

315.0 - Down 4lbs from last week :cool1:

That's more like it! It was so motivating to see my weight go down this week--it really helped me stay focused and in control. I'm really happy with this! I've got a shiny new clippie, and with 5lbs more I get to trade it in for shiny silver!

Daily Averages:

Calories: 2428
Fat: 87g
Carbs: 319g
Fiber: 44g :Pinkbounc
Protein: 116g
Calories Burned: 3806
Days of Exercise: 4

Goals for next week:

1.) Exercise: I met my goal for last week, and I want to set the same goal for this week--4 workouts, 2 at Curves and 2 of my choosing. That really worked out well for me.

2.) Active Living: As I'm changing my life, one of the things I want to tackle is how much time I spend in front of the computer and/or TV. This week I want to make a conscious effort to get up and do something at least once an hour and to turn off both my laptop and the TV from 5pm and 7pm. I'm done working by then, and there's really nothing I'll miss during those hours. I can use the time to take a work, work around the house, chat with a friend, or read.

9/3/05

6:45am

--2 pieces cheese pizza

This actually made a decent breakfast as I was rushing to get all of the stuff out the door. After we dropped it all off we headed up to Whole Foods. I honestly wasn't all that impressed. They do carry a lot more Organic Valley items, which is helpful, but they were more expensive than Trader Joe's and the people I met weren't really that friendly. I asked the woman working at the cheese counter whether a particular cheese used animal or vegetable rennet an she just sighed and said "I don't know, and I'd have to call someone to find out". Then she just turned away and got back to what she was doing! Nice! I think I'll still to TJ's for everything except for what I absolutely, positively must have something that only Whole Foods carries.

I'm getting a little closer to where I'm going to fall on the veggie spectrum. I don't think I want to call myself a vegan, because I still want to use dairy and eggs from compassionate sources. Plus, abscribing to veganism seems to come with a whole lot more baggage than a certain way of eating. While I agree with many of their ideas about compassionate living, I'm not sure how much I want to hook into groupthink, if that makes any sense.

For milk products I'll be using reputable organic dairies, and trying to limit our consumption as much as possible. Same goes for milk products like cream, sour cream, and cream cheese. For margarine I've found a vegan brand that's more expensive than regular margarine (which still contains animal products) but less expensive than butter. I will go with that unless it's completely impractical to obtain, in which case I will use margarine. For eggs I am using free-range from either Egg Innovations or Organic Valley and again trying to limit consumption. Cheese has been the hardest. Organic Valley makes organic cheeses, but the only place that carries them is Whole Foods (15 miles away) and they cost about $10 per pound!!! I think I'm going to have to settle for cheeses made with vegetable rennets from Trader Joe's. Again, I'll be trying to reduce our consumption of cheese. As for consumer products I will only be buying dairy and egg free unless I can clearly verify that the dairy/eggs were produced humanely, which I would imagine is pretty rare. I am avoiding known animal by products (whey, caesin, etc.) as much as humanly possible, but allowing myself not to worry about grey-area type products like mono and diglycerides where there is no viable alternative product.

When we go out I'm going to stay as vegan as absolutely humanly possible as I won't know the source of most ingredients. I intend to do the same thing when we travel, though I may need to allow a few more dairy products just so I don't starve! I'm going to do the best I can, which is the most I think I can really ask of myself.

I don't really expect anyone to have read through all of that, but it's nice to have my thoughts organized and written down.

1:00pm

--2 pieces cheese pizza

I was able to get a nap, thank goodness! I wonder why I'm always so ravenous when I get up from a nap. What's that about?

2:00pm

--1 Boca chick'n patty
--1 whole wheat bun
--1 nsa applesauce cup
--12 mini cheese rice cakes

I was still a little full from the pizza so I just had the one sandwich this time. The afternoon was spent straightening up, settling things up, and buying wholly unnecessary last minute products.

6:15pm

--2 cups very rich baked pasta
--2/3 cup watermelon
--1/2 panera bread bowl
--2 T dipping oil (sooooo good!)
--mini carrots
--2 T ranch dip made w/light sour cream

8:00pm

--5 cookies

OK, these people don't eat much! Which is not good for me! I ran out before they came and bought a couple of beers/coolers (which I've seen the wife drink at Bunco), so of course they only drank water. I thought the cookie plate looked a little skimpy (there was only enough for 1 of each type for each person) so I got some ice cream to go with. Naturally they only ate about 4 cookies between them and never got around to ice cream. And they didn't want anything to take home, so now I have the rest of the pasta, dip, cookies, and ice cream! On top of the extra pizza from yesterday! I think I'll run my mom a plate of cookies tomorrow. The rest I'm just going to have to eat up a little a time. I'm not sure who I'm going to pawn the drinks off on. I swear I'm never buying more alcohol!!!

9:40pm

--6 cookies

OK, that's it. The rest are going to mom or getting trashed, I swear! I'm done for tonight. I see a nice walk in my future tomorrow!

11:00pm

--2/3 cup light chocolate brownie ice cream
--1 T raspberry sauce

11:40pm

--1 1/2 cups baked pasta

OK, turns out I wasn't done and needed to stay up way too late and eat more. Great decision on my part...
