I am so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
I lost my mom

last year 4 months before our wedding and my grandma passed in 2001. It's never easy and time does help but I still grieve my mom daily and I miss my grandma, so I know what you are going through. This poem was given to me by an old friend when my mom passed. It makes me cry sometimes, but it also helps:
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints on the snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn's rain
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight
I am the stars that shine at night
Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there
I did not die
