I was watching a show on sandwiches on the Travel Channel and there is a shop in NYC I think that serves many different varieties of just PB&J!

Reminds me of a restaurant in Ocean City that only serves omelettes. No fried eggs, no scrambled eggs, no poached eggs, only omelettes.

We have an Egg and I in our area--and I'd say 85% of the menu includes eggs.

We also have two Rise and Shine restaurants in our area that are basically egg based restaurants.

It's hard to find a restaurant that does breakfast well. Since both specialize in breakfast and lunch only, it's easy for them to do so.

I wouldn't mind an egg based restaurant, but I want toast with my eggs. I can't imagine being told "nope no toast, no bacon, nothing but eggs."
