A Relaxing Holiday! Day 3

Up about 8am, got 2 coffees from Orchid Court and took our room.
DW is not feeling very well today, so left her in bed and DD and me went for breakfast, backup to check on DW , and then me and DD go to the pool.

DW came down about 11.30 feeling a bit better , so stayed at the pool for a while,then me and DD went to IOA.
Went US yesterday but we missed Bev, so i knew she would be at IOA today, called and introduced ourselves, a very nice person is Bev, we kept missing her after that as she was always at a different park when we went, but will see her next year.
DD and me then went on Spiderman no wait straight on ,Doctor Doom had a wait of about 10 mins,DD loved Doctor Doom, but i was not keen on it ,preferred the Roller coasters to it

then on to the water rides,DD loves these, can never understand why people go on a water ride and then put Ponchos on to keep dry, getting wet is part of the fun of the ride,got on Popeye with no wait,
Dudleys with a few minutes wait and straight on Jurassic River Adventure.

Decided it was time to head back to the hotel, as I was soaked after Popeye, on the way through DD wanted to go on Carosuessell, so I waited ,then she wanted on One Fish Two Fish.

DW still felt sick, so we just went to the pool, DD favourite spot, and we had planned to go to City Walk for dinner, but with DW not feeling to well we decided to just eat at the Bula Grill, much to DD delight, she would have eat here every night, but think it was so she could spend more time at the pool. Stayed at the pool till around 10pm then went to bed.

Not very exciting , but then this was a holiday for relaxing ,taking our time and not worrying about getting round the parks trying to do everything, plus quite a few shopping days.

I agree totally. I love the Popeye ride and like how everyone ends up smiling at each other as the ride progresses. But why wear a poncho? I don't think it would have much affect on that ride anyway because you get soaked from all angles.

We were impressed with FOTL and especially so on this, 60 minutes normal lines but straight on for us. Well worth it for us. We don't intend to stay anywhere else from now on.
