a referral question?

I am in the process of buying DVC and I'm learning more about it. At first i didnt realize about the referrals getting the incentives. And they get something out of it, if i use a DVC member. I have good friends that own a DVC and i have another friend that told me about the referral. The question i have is-----Is it possible for me to ask my guide that i have 2 referrals and if he could do something for both of them. Or is this asking for to much??

If you already have a guide, it's probably too late for your friends to get credit for a referral. DVC has been very consistent in denying referrals for soemone they have already corresponded with in any fashion. Referrals are based on the initial contact with DVC - at any time.

If someone submitted a request for information 7 years ago that was their first contact even if they did not purchase at that time.

It can't hurt to ask your guide, but in most cases DVC has denied any referral unless that member was the one who first submitted your name or that member's name was provided to DVC in the initial contact.

It sounds as though you are already in the DVC system and no referral will be available.

In addition, DVC members are eligible for rewards only where they are allowed by the state. There are many states where such rewards are illegal.
