A really nice FA on SW

We just got back and I have to report that I really enjoyed flying Southwest. The flight attendants played games with kids. They gave away packs of playing cards. But I have to mention the kindness of the FA that I had in the back of the plane. She was a blond lady. I can't remember her name. When she was checking seat belts while we were on route to the run way, she noticed the lady behind me was starting to cry. She talked with her and the lady confessed she was starting to panic and had not medicated herself. The FA asked if she wanted to return. The lady didn't want to inconvience the staff and passengers, but the FA assured her that her comfort was just as important. They turned that plane around lickety split, unloaded her bags, loaded passengers that would have missed the plane and we were in the air in 15 minutes.

PS, we all (5 of us) sat together on all 4 of our flight segments. Southwest staff at the gate where we were connecting printed out our boarding passes for us when they heard we were going to be delayed.

That's nice to hear, because watching that airline show has me afraid to try them , and I want to...would love a direct NS flight to MCO, at half the price of 7hr flights with multiple stops.

Wow, that is very nice to hear! It's too bad the other passengers had to be inconvenienced a bit by the short delay, but it's wonderful to hear that the crew was so compassionate toward that poor woman--compassion isn't the most common thing in the airline (or any other) industry these days, I'm afraid!
