So, not everyone may know...DMIL is going to Paris on August 30th. WOOHOO for her, but she "forgot" she was pup-sitting. DBIL can't do it, so we have to be back on the 30th....options....

Leave as planned on the 29th and DH drives straight through
Leave on the 29th super early and stop in NC
Leave the 28th and stop over in Jacksonville or Jekyll Island and then on the 29th stop in NC. I have all options booked right now. If we leave on the 28th, we can do the full park day. Giving us 7 park days. I already moved the beach up a day to 16th-22nd

Stopovers mean the kids only have to be in the car 6 hours/day Thoughts???

This seriously seems like the longest you have ever stuck to a reservation (WTG!), which makes me a bit nervous. I can't believe it's almost summer, too and school will be over in a little over a month here. This was a super long winter and I don't want summer to just fly by - make it stop! I made all my 7DMT FPs the day you could. What FPs are your family's must-dos? Do you plan on park hopping and getting more FPs at the kiosks after your first 3?

2 Kook!! Your vaca will be here so quickly! Yay for getting mine train FP+!! Miss you!

So here's the plan:

August 16-22: Treasure Island condo
August 22-28: WL
28-30: Fayetteville NC this is 8 hours from home (pretty much halfway mark) so we will arrive after midnight I bet if not later. Allowing everyone a chillout day. There is a nice botanical garden nearby they would enjoy too

When I'm sitting in the living room or on the balcony with the Pas clan enjoying a nice cold drink I'll believe it's done and unchangeable!!! And even then I'll be expecting you to grab the glass out of my hand saying Mama Linda nice of you to stop by for a visit but we're changin!!!

A blast from the not so distant past…

Oh the many ways I love you my friend I actually started from the beginning when it was BWI CL I think....I can't blame Maddie...yes I can SHE STARTED IT!

But there are many positives, and my only negative is it's not WL. Not gonna lie, AKV Savannah view was available (for more $$ of course) and I asked the crew. No no no, she wanted the Mickey sandcastle slide, and the pink buildings...she did ask if there was a snack room this morning? I thought..here we go..and when I said no, she replied. "Okay Daddy will buy me snacks"

King bed for DH and I...and no more fighting who gets the top bunk (much like home)

I loved OKW when we stayed there, I think you( and Maddie and all the kids) made a great choice.
