Someone on the Reddit board posted today that they got out of submission after 1 MONTH! There is still hope!

I am still "In Progress" after my phone interview at the end of last month, (just over a month since I've applied) however I was told by the person who interviewed me to check at the end of March and I was told officially in the email to check in the beginning of April, so sometimes it might take more than a month to come to a decision.
