I'm on WW. Trying anyway...Lately, I've been have lots and lots of salad, with the oil spry and rice vinegar. For some reason, I haven't been too hungry, thus all the salads. Nothing fancy, just the lettuce, tomatoes, and sometimes 2 or 3 whites of a hard boiled egg. Guess what, I gained 2lbs. Can it be because I haven't been eating enough. I'm at that last 10lbs, which I know is a killer to get rid of, but, shouldn't I have lost something. Do you think if I start eating more, I'll lose?? Right now I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? TIA..
