How did Blair find out Walker is really Todd? How long has she known? I only watch 1-2 times per week so I missed this event! Thanks for filling me in!

I believe she started to figure it out for herself. Then, she asked Addie why she calls Walker "Todd," and Addie said 'because that's his name.' If I remember correctly, Blair later confirmed it with Dorian.
