a question re the world and easter weekend

I have a friend who is going here for easter weekend. (arriving thursday and leaving monday) She is using a travel agent. This agent has set up her dining schedule to be eating dinner during parade times. Breakfast is for the Cysatal palace for Friday at 8:30- is Magic kingdom and early park that day?? I thought I read that it was== and my concern with her breakfast being at 8:30 by the time she gets done the park will be very crowded.
my question- do i give her my opinion to park hop to another park or should I allow her to discover Disney her way.

They just posted earlier hours on the Disney site. It really messed up my PS too.

Not me - but we have gone year after year over Easter and posted or not the typical open times are 8 am with closing at 11 or midnight. Its just official now!
