A question for those who are site sponsors

I signed up for a one year silver membership on August 9th. The transaction is already on my credit card statement, but I have yet to be contacted from anyone from the Dis. I don't know how to access the site sponsorship board or get a dis email account. I sent out 3 emails to different email addresses on the dis this week but nobody has answered them yet. I just want to know how long it took before someone from the Dis contacted you about how to take advantage of the benefits? Thanks!

I signed up several weeks ago and have not been contacted. But, I wasn't expecting to be. I'm just waiting for the DIS mug!

How did you get the sponsorship icon? Did they just put it on or is there something I don't know about?

Tink, after I signed up, it took a couple of weeks to get my logo. On the pull down menu can you see the link to the Sponser Board? If so, go ahead and try to go in there. If you get in, you know you're all set and the logo will appear shortly. If you emailed people, I'm sure they take care of things ASAP. The same thing that is happening to you, happened to me.

Thanks, I forgot. I thought all I'd get was the Logo and a nice warm feeling for helping out. When I first signed up, I tried to do the e-mail and sponsers forum, but they never worked. Then I gave up.
