A question for onsite guests who went June 18th

I know WWOHP was just insanely crazy from the news reports, but with Fotl what were the wait times like at the rest of the parks -Uni as well as IOA. If wait times were little to none on a day with this kind of crowds it will prove the value of staying onsite to be well worth the price.

We were on-site on the 18th. We were able to get into the park earlier than the GP. No FOTL priviledges for FJ. Dragon Challeng and Flight of the Hippogriff had Express access.

We arrived at the turnstile just before 8 and got in the land at 1:30.

We were at US on June 18th and FOTL was almost no wait. On June 19th we were at IOA. They had early access to the Harry Potter area from 6am-9am. We left HRH at 7:30 or so and got the the line at FJ at 8 am. We waited 2 hrs to ride. When we got off the ride, the lines to all of the shops were insane. We used FOTL for the rest of IOA and the wait times were next to nothing. We thought that it was well worth staying on site. There's no way I'd try it without FOTL access.

We tried to go to WWPHP the 18th, but did not want to get in line at 5:30am. Tried back in the afternoon and the line wrapped around the park! Used FOTL and got on Spiderman in 10 minutes. Went over to US and used FOTL on Simpsons--less than 10 minutes and MIB--around 5 minutes. And this was definitely a busy time. FOTL is nice, but for me, wasn't worth a $300 room(RPR one night plus taxes and parking). Most of the rides we like have single rider lines, and we just ride the others early in the day.

I also went to US on the 18th to avoid the crowds. The longest line I had to wait for was 15 minutes for the mummy with the FOTL access. I asked a TM why we stopped moving for a little while and he said the HP cast wanted to ride a couple of times causing the longer wait.

On the 19th, we went back to IA at 7am (they had opened at 6am but never informed us). The FJ was already at 40 minutes and we stood in an hour an a half line for Ollivander's. The next day we got in line at 6:15am and waited no more than 20 minutes for any ride or butterbeer. I think it was worth the cost of the room to get in early and have FOTL.

FOTL access is worth every penny! It truly spoils you. When Spiderman has a 40 minute wait, you get on in 5. And staying onsite also gets you priority seating at Citywalk restaurants. The 45 minute wait at Margaritaville Friday night turned into a 2 minute wait.

How are the wait times for Rip Ride Rockit?

No FOTL access, correct?
DS will want to ride this more than once so trying to figure that out for him.

Last week, we hit Rip Ride Rockit twice. The first time was near closing; posted wait time was 45 minutes, but it only took 25. Then we went right at 9 am a couple days later, and rode twice in 20 minutes.

No FOTL access.
