A question for my Canadian Friends

Do any of you know where I can find several old Lisence plates from Manitoba, Saskatewan, or BC from the 70's?

Apparently my IMPOSSIBLE to buy for brother has a new collection and this is what he's looking for

I would love to surprise him with several old plates but to buy them seperately at ebay would kill me.
My inlaws aren't exactly being cooperative in this area or I would ask them.
