My DS and DD (3 and 5) want me to paint a mural on the wall in our basement....of course it has to be of Disney WOrld and all their favorite characters and places!!!! I am looking for coloring book type pictures to work from, and am doing well except for ride pictures. Does anyone know of a coloring book or coloring pages of the rides??? My DS is in love with "It's a Small WOrld" and if it doesn't appear on the wall he is going to melt!!!!
thanks if anyone has any ideas!!!

Hopefully someone can help you with the coloring books you're looking for, but I saw a neat way to do a mural on Trading Spaces once. Doug (one of the designers) used an overhead projector to shine a picture from a transparency onto the wall and traced the projection. The outcome was great, and might be a way to make the mural easier.

I know WDW has atleast one coloring book that has characters and ride logos. I don't know if it has Small World. If I find the book in my apartment I'll let you know.

I dont have any pictures of its a small world, but if you turn up empty give me a call and I can go ride the ride and take some pictures for ya.

thanks for all the great ideas~!!!! and offers....
I am using an opaque projector to shine the outlines on the wall, similar to the trading spaces idea, but I don't have to have a transparency. I CAN use photos, it's just easier to work with an outline of sorts. If I get desparate, I guess I'll just have to ask for a good photo of Small world!!!
Thanks again for responding.

Disney has coloring books in every park.

And they are simple lines and not alot of detail.

They would be perfect.

I have a couple of the WDW Coloring books. There are some GREAT images in them. I will check them out when I'm at work tomorrow and let you know if there are any Small World pics.

imzinga,
If you send me your email address I can send you a scan of one of the pages with the logo for Small World.
