Does anyone here take Zyrtec and have a current fact-sheet on it (can't find mine)? I'm trying to find out if Zyrtec has corn starch as an inactive ingredient.
Reason:
Remember those hives I was fighting for so long?
Well, interestingly enough, when I stopped taking Zyrtec, the hives went away. Entirely. I still itched in places, but the raised hives and red spots were *GONE*.
What I switched to was the Kroger (grocery store) brand generic of Claritin.
Then, I switched grocery stores so tried the HEB brand generic of Claritin.
Guess what started coming back?? Not as bad, but still *there*.
So tonight I picked up the Kroger brand generic again and brought it home. Compared the inactive ingredients.
The only difference I could see and understand is that the HEB brand generic has corn starch, the Kroger brand has something else.
