A question about using Snack Credits

I'm considering using the Dining Plan for the first time in December. Since we're doing the Candlelight Processional and it only takes 1 TS credit, it made sense that this was the trip to try the plan with.

I heard that Snack Credits can be used to purchase items under $4 at the little grocers in the DVC Resorts, such as bagels, cereal, etc. I would like to find out for sure before I take the plunge.

In May I was able to purchase a six-pack of bagels with a snack credit at VWL.

Thanks, that's good to know. Dh and I like eating breakfast in our room and it makes the Dining Plan even more attractive knowing we can purchase items to use for breakfast in our room.

Check out the thread at the top of this board. It lists everything that people have been able to purchase as a "snack" Each Disney resort is listed and there are things like bagels, English muffins, milk, and orange juice on that list.
