A question about slushies

I can't find the link and I know I marked it somewhere! Do the slushies qualify as a snack under the DDP? TIA!!

You mean the Grand Marnier slushie, and the other one that's slipping my mind right now? No WAY. They have alcohol in them!

But if you mean the frozen Coke and frozen fruit punch (or whatever it is) at some resort food courts; or Icee-type beverages; or maybe even the kaki-gori outside the Japanese pavilion... yes!
