A Question About Reservations

My DD, the great procrastinator, can't decide if she wants to come with us on our next trip. If I book a package inc. room, tickets, dining for DH and myself, will I be able to add her and my DGD at a later date if she decides that she wants to come along? And if I already have ADR's, will I be able to add them on as well? I wish she'd just make up her mind already!

Anyone? Bueller? I guess I'll just call and ask. Or maybe I posted my question in the wrong forum?

I'm not so sure about the room reservation, but if you are using a code I would think that you might not be able to add to your reservation if the book by date has passed. As for the dining reservations, that is not going to be easy because you will have to make a whole new reservation. Most places that will have you at a table for 2 and won't be able to add 2 more seats to the table. Maybe you would be able to get another table for 2, but I would think that tables for 4 probably go pretty fast.

You shouldn't have a problem adding them to your room (if that's what you would do); however, keep in mind that everybody in the same room must be on the same package. So whatever tickets and DDP you and your husband have, your daughter and DGD would have to have the same :). There would also be an additional adult charge added, per night....and that amount is determined by resort level . As the pp mentioned, ADRs might be tough as you have a table for 2 and most likely cannot accommodate another 2 chairs to make it for 4....therefore requiring new ADR ressies to be made. You may also incur a change fee if you make the change after your 45 day mark.....but Disney usually waives that fee if the cost of your package goes up ;). Good luck and I hope your daughter and DGD are able to go :wizard:.

Thank you. Having them on the same package with DDP and tickets isn't a problem, but the ADR's would be. I'm pretty sure POFQ is only $15 additional per night for the 3rd adult in the room. So...maybe I could just book it with them included and if she decides before the 45 day mark *not* to go, I'd be better off removing the two of them from the reservation and ADR's? My DD can never plan ahead for anything. The last two trips we brought our DGD who would really love to have her mom with her next time; I think the last time DD was in Disney World was the mid-90's and she just doesn't "get" the magic when we talk about our trips.
