A question about PS Lunch Times??

I've noticed that when I make a PS for lunch right at the 90 day window, the first seating they have available is 12:00 noon. Do they open up earlier PS times as the date draws nearer? If they do, when do they do this, when park hours are posted?

It depends on the restaurant. I know that Chefs de France does not open until noon and do not start seating until then.
