A question about pirates score

Is it even possible to get a score of 575 playing level one? I hate new pirates with a passion and only play it for quests...hence, I have never moved up to level 2, forget about level 3. Is it worth my time even trying to fight the lag and find a friendly team willing to stoop down to level 1 for this quest? Or will I be unable to complete the task even if I do? Thanks in advance.

Yes it is possible, but it will require a lot of team work regardless of which level you are on. I am rusty on scoring in pirates but I don't know of a scoring advantage on one level vs. another. Good luck make sure you find at least 6 people you can work with and help each other. 8 is better but not easy to get.
