This is for those of you that have called to make a PS recently. I plan on calling for ressies over the next 9 days and I plan on making the calls at 7:00am. How long should I be prepared to wait before being able to talk to a representative? I will be at work and was wondering how to deal with this.

Thanks

::MinnieMo It really depends. If you call a few minutes before 7 and keep redialing, I wouldn't expect to wait more than a couple of minutes, however, if you miss that crucial time, expect to wait a very long time! I've waited as long as 45 minutes. Make sure you hit '1' then '1', even if you're not already in Orlando. It puts you ahead of other people and the CM's don't know the difference. They just pick up the next call. ::MickeyMo

Im going to have a problem with this in May
at 7am DS & I are at the bus stop - dont get home till 705/710 - and I'll be calling for 14 days straight

I must be lucky. I've called around 10:00 - 11:00 am and never had to wait more than a few minutes. The only time I called at 7:00 am was to get a fireworks cruise and CRT.

I am a very compulsive person so I called at 5:58 am (CST) every morning, pressed "12" and got through with NO HOLD almost every time. But with that said, you really just need to do that for CRT. (Maybe for a few other things too, like Illuminations Cruise???) If you don't need that, just call later in the day and you should be fine.

Ive been calling much later in the day. I havent had any trouble getting the times we want. Just found out Cap N Jacks does not take PS...rethinking waiting for a table there...

The shortest wait times for me have been when I have called at 5:58 (central time) for CRT. I have always gotten through immediatly with no hold time. Calling later in the day- waits have varied- anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.
CRT and PSB are the only ones that really have to be done at 6:58 (EST). I make the CRT on my day and then wait until my last call day and make all of the rest in one call. I've never had any trouble getting what I wanted.

i called at 7:00 am last week and was on hold for 25 minutes and gave up i called back at 3:00 in the afternoon and they answered right away.just thought i would let you know what my experience was.
