I was originally planning to go to WDW the first 2 weeks of dec. My H thinks we should wait until April of 09.

Should I wait until August to just book for April or should I book for Dec now, and if it really isnt doable, change the ressie to April before the 45 days out deadline?

Could I even do that?

Help! WDW may be very magical, but planning it is not!

We booked our trip for this August last August, just over a year ahead of time. So I'm guessing you could book next April either now or some time pretty soon.

Of course, prices won't be out until late summer, and you won't be sure of exactly how much you're paying. From what I've read, you can assume a 10-20% price increase across the board.

So take a look at a calendar, know that if you're going during Easter break you'll pay more than if you avoid it, and book now. As long as you KNOW what resort you're planning on anyway, there's no harm in booking now-- you'll get your choice of rooms.

Also, this is my standard plug for AAA. You know you can save anywhere from 10-20% off the room portion of your package, right?
