We are going from Dec 14-19. We chose to go on the 14th because that morning is my last final and come back the 19th a monday because well we know it gets crazy Christmas week
I'll be down there with my 73 y/o mom, Dec 9th-18th doing a split stay at POFQ and CSR. Candlelight Processional Dec 9th, Illuminations cruise Dec 10th, and MVMCP Dec 13th. Can't wait!
Hey, I'm also going back, to take my GD Jan 2nd-8th. Now that's crazy (as well as exhausting).
Thanks to the OP for the poll. Although we are going during a somewhat busier time (12-17/12-23) we are really getting excited.
Bring on the crowds, it appears as if the it will be about the same as our previous trips during Spring Break, so it shouldn't be anything that we can't handle !
Our first time ever at WDW on Dec.19th-25th. Am a little concerned about crowds, but I've faced them before at DL the week after Christmas and even on New Years Eve. So here we come WDW!!! Yeah!!
PS Oh and really who cares??? We are going at that time because of all the beautiful decorations that I've been watching on the Travel Channel for the last 3 years and wishing we could see it in person. DL is pure magic during the Holidays and wanted to see WDW for myself also. Finally convinced my DH to take our whole family (10 of us), as their Christmas present.
We are going Dec.3-10. Thought it was close enough to holidays that there would be no crowds. Didn't realize Mousefest was going on. Oh well-guess we will have to return again soon if we don't get to see it all! CBR
We are going the 18th -26. We know it will be crowded too, but feel like we are as prepared as we can be! We'll try to ride as much as we can, but are really there to soak in the atmosphere.
Anything is better than Christmas in New Orleans this year...too depressing!
