I am trying to get an idea of what the AP rates are the last week in Sept and first in Oct. ANybody know what kind of AP rates were given on these dates in 2003 for For the all stars?
Last September 2003 and atleast part of August & October there were NO AP rates at all. We were really hoping they would come out but they never did so we had to use AAA discount which was the best we could do.
