Where do you get the path to walk from SSR to DTD???

never tried walking but always has been interesdted... had done the bus, the ferry and drove...

The walkway follows the lake around the Congress Park area and leads to the DD Marketplace. You can also walk to the boat dock and follow the cartpath across the canal bridge and then around the lake to the DD West Side area towards Cirque. If you are going to Cirque, DQ, HoB - that route will be faster. If you are going to Marketplace or PI, the other route will be shorter. Both are paved and well-lighted.

We got on one of the theme park buses in The Grandstand and got off at Congress Park. We asked someone in the area which way to DTD and they pointed us in the right direction. It was a long walk with three kids who complained the whole time!

From Congress Park we have done it many times with young children in maybe 10 min or less.

If you brought your own bikes can you use them to go to DTD from SSR?

Yes. You'd just have to park them by which ever DTD entrance you go to.

It's less than a 10 minute walk from the Congress Park area to DTD.
