Well iv lost. 3lb this week and due on so im bloated. Ms P have u got to target u? Iv got 2 weeks till the wedding. I want another 4lb off by then.

I'm not at target yet - lost 1lb today, so just 1.5 now to get to target. I hope I manage this next week.

I had a one lb gain this week and to be honest, I'm really happy with that - I was convinced it was going to be 5 or 6 lbs!

I'm back on it this week, been so goo for the last two days and am feeling very virtuous. Had a great WW meeting yesterday which seems to have refocused my mind.

Well, I'm just back from weigh in and am overjoyed to report that I've lost that last 1.5 pounds and am officially now at target weight having lost 5 stones :cool1::cool1::cool1::banana::banana::banana:

I'm so happy :goodvibes

Now the hard work starts, trying to maintain it and not go too mental this weekend in celebration :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Anyway, i'll enjoy it for today and try to calm down a bit tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone on the dis as usual, you are all so nice and helpful, and particualrly Mandy for starting this thread - it's been a real help knowing I should be checking in each week :) Good luck everyone on the rest of your journeys :thumbsup2
 
Congratulations Mrs P, what a wonderful achievement.

I've cancelled my membership at WW as I just can't get my head in the right place. Daughter and I have decided that there is nothing we don't know about sensible eating, so we will go on and do this on our own, we are keen gym members and we will use the Wii Fit to plot our progress. I lost 2 lbs this week!!! How weird? Not going to happen next weigh in as husband and I are off to Brighton for a weekend away tomorrow and have an Indian meal booked for tomorrow night and a fine dining restaurant for Saturday!

I hear you Pam. I'm debating the same. I might just follow MFP and stay running. Our closest meeting is now 15 mins away and it's become a drag.
I'm still at 25lb loss. Up and down between 22 and 28 since April. It's very disappointing. My heads back in it now though after almost a full week of comfort eating. Bad news but it can't all go to hell in a handcart so I'm back on track.

Julie that is excellent well done you. Hope you treated yourself to something nice. I have lost 9lb in total but loads of inches. I have used the WW new plan from when I joined in april but doing it myself. Iv not weighed every week but thats because I would get very down but I can see the results and others have commented. I am not hungry at all and have the wedding next saturday. Just 9Lb has made me feel so much better. Im hoping for another 1-2 this week . Ur tip of sugar free jelly and a cup of tea has been great. My goal is 21 lbs but I originally set a lower one. 9 off 12 to go. I may look at the My fitness app as well. Iv also started taking the raspberry ketones as they are supposed to help lose weight. We will see.

Hope you've had a lovely day, and thank you for your kind words.

I've given myself the last week and a half off the diet and can feel that I've put a couple of pounds on, as expected. I just felt that I needed a blow out as I've pretty much stuck to it for the last 18 months.

So, back to reality today and I have to say that I've actually missed sticking to my eating plan. I can't wait for my sugar free jelly tonight :lmao:

I need to start increasing the amount I eat each day so the the weight stabalises, so I think this is going to be the hardest part. I'll be on holiday from work for a couple of weeks too soon, so that will be the real test.

Keep at it folks - it really is worth it when you get there :thumbsup2
