Hi everyone :wave2: Can I join in too? I've been dieting hard since January and got my 2 stone sticker today :cool1:

I've done this previously and then thought I was ok to stop for a while, so this thread might help me keep going. I've got about another 2 stone to lose...mini target for me is to try and get another stone off before our holiday in July.

I weighed last night, and was shocked with a 1/2lb off! Considering I have eaten everything I've seen, what with my birthday, getting engaged, meals out to celebrate with various people... I am over the moon! Really wanna get back on track though for next week! X

Not sure how to do this but could I join please as well as need motivation to loose weight - we have just booked for WDW April 2014. Cannot wait.

Lost 2lb again this week :) i find when my heads in the right place WW really works for me and my loss is consistant. My total lost since i had DS is now 26lbs. Hopefully i'll get to my 2stone goal soon.

Im not hoping for much of a loss next week as im off to my first ever DIS meet at Tony Romas on Sunday :)
 
A half lb loss this week for me...BUT, I've reached a mini target! :woohoo: I'm 1.5 stone down from starting! Onwards to two stone now :thumbsup2

Well done to everyone who's lost and keeping on-track with their diets and life-style changes, we're doing great! :goodvibes

Anyone tried anything new this week? Any new reciepes or exercise? We've been doing receipes from the Hairy Dieters book...if you haven't got this book, it's great! We've loved it. Homely food, but for the less calories than normal. We've had chicken, smoked ham and leek tangled pie this week - very tasty! :)
 
Ive really struggled this week, nothing "healthy" is filling me up! Im weighint tomorrow and so trying to claw it back... everything else just seems more appetising! X

:hug: I know how you feel hun, I have lost my dieting mojo since I came back off holiday, I haven't even bothered to weigh myself the last week or so as my weight will add to my post holiday blues

I lost half a pound this week - I can't be bothered with half pounds, they annoy me :lmao: I want to lose at least 2 next week and i'll be into another stone number...and on my way to my next half stone loss.

I don't understand why I sometimes only lose a half pound when I've not done anything different to previous weeks :confused3 Anyway, I'm going to increase the water drinking this week and try to get on the treadmill.....:rolleyes:

hi guys, don't know if its ok to join in with the thread still? started slimming world about a week and a half ago, weigh in was Wednesday and I lost 3lb in my first week. have noticed a real improvement in my energy levels from eating all these fresh foods & cutting out the bad. well done everyone on some fab weight loss xx
 
Hey Claire hun, course you can join in :-) we'll be swapping threads in a week or so, but there's still quite a few of us about on here :-)
