Lost 1lb this week. I'm pleased with that after a big loss last week. Takes my total now to 18lbs lost.
I'm not concentrating on my end goal yet but u have another 3lbs to lose until I get to my first WW target of losing 10% of my starting weight.

I find it sometimes helps to look at the overall weight loss when i have a sts week..

Takes me to 5lb in total. I've set myself a mini goal this week to try and loose another 2, as that then takes me to half a stone off

Spinning melts my legs, I can't do it!
Hopefully I will be a bit thinner time we go, but does anyone know what the rides are like at Disneyland Paris? I'm a 20-22 currently and I'm worried if I can't get thinner by the time I go, I won't fit on stuff
Also worried about fitting in the plane seat.
you can do this! We can do this, I( and everyone on this board) am right behind you through the weight loss ups and downs. What plan are you following, im a bit funny, and i do find that the new WW pro points is working for me as I can still have my treats and go out with friends etc and I love the magazines hehe

Keep up the good work with your spinning, I've never tried it, as it looks brutal 
I'm just calorie counting and walking, going to Zumba etc. trying to stick to 1500 cal a day with no snacking. I have PCOS so losing weight is hardhopefully I can get there though!

Awww thats so tough with PCOS.What your doing is right stick with it and you will see results![]()
