I have not posted for weeks as its been properly manic around here with my wedding now 10 days away! :cool1:

I had set myself a weight loss target for the wedding which I've very nearly met, only 3lb to go!

Looks like everyone has been doing really well! Congratulations! :thumbsup2

Forgot to post Thursday but I was up a lb :(
Got a dress to wear for DDs communion though so its a good motivation to look good in it. Hope everyones having a great week and has a loss this week. Fingers and toes crossed :goodvibes

Don't worry - it'll come off again :)

Weighed in last Thursday and put on as expected, 2.5 - lost this again today at my weigh in, so back to where I was. 8 to go...I'm off work next week so I'll need to stick at it properly to get this pound off for my next sticker.

It came off and brought an extra half pound with it! Down 1.5lbs this week so 22lbs in total.

Have set a small goal of losing 4.5lbs to bring me down to 12 stone by the end of the month. Did a good bit of exercise this week so im going to try to keep that up but I have a big night out tomorrow night so its going to set me back a little. Good luck for next week everyone xx

Does anyone do the slimming world diet??? I did it years ago but think it's all changed since :confused3

How was everyone's week?

Did well this week - lost 1.5lbs so 23.5lbs total :yay: my leader also gave me my goal weight as I'm about half way there (she doesn't like to give it out in the start if you've got a bit to lose so as not to dishearten you).
I've got 31lbs to go :banana:

Not got much on this week, which is lucky because I won't be out running. Hurt my chest and back. Damn muscles :(

Hope everyone has a great week and enjoys a nibble of chocolate ;)

On the positive side, we have made a family pact that we won't buy chocolate, sweets, hot cross buns, etc.

I said I wouldnt have any chocolate but 6pp later.....! How did you get on?



Started doing sit ups last night. Only 2 weeks until Communion Sunday! Want to look a bit more toned so I'm going to do 15/20mins of sit ups and 5/10 mins of arm weights every day til then. Hope it makes a difference! Happy Easter everyone!
 
Hi, yes, NY was fab, it's one of our favourite places but it's not exactly relaxing. Worse this time, we did a FOOD tour!!! We went all around Greenwich Village visiting various eating establishments. Must have eaten about a pound of cheese!

I've already lost about 5 of my excess pounds, just being back in my routine and being in control of my food works wonders. Still not looking forward to Wednesday though.

Well done on your loss this week, and wow on the exercise - I do lots of arm work at the gym, but I'm not sure it's doing much for me!

Well, weigh in was horrendous '- but could have been sooooo much worse. I ended up 3 1/2 lbs up, which I'm not exactly happy with, but after the 11lbs up a week ago, I've not done bad.

Here's to a good weight loss for us all next week.

Well that's not too bad after a lovely enjoyable holiday. A couple of weeks should have it righted and it's a manageable amount. I think sometimes it's no harm to have small gains especially when it's a trade off for something nice like a holiday and it will spur you on to getting your head back into your diet. At least it's now and not a week when you stuck to plan and worked hard. And you have a good plan to back you up ;)

I expect a bad wi this week. Reckon I should be up 2 or that. Need a good kick in the bum. My diet was ridiculous this week. Takeaways and loads of awful choices :/ hope I can just sort it before the communion. 10 days (and 3lbs) to make good on my goal of being 12 stone for it. Hope the scales aren't too bad on me tomorrow xx
 
Down 1 lb this week but is there any possibility this would be from losing muscle & gaining fat because I ate loads of takeaways and didn't do much exercise. 2 lbs to go this week. Fingers crossed I manage it & good luck everyone xx
 
Well done, Kizz. I'm down one and a half this week, but still need to lose 2lb to get to my pre holiday weight!!! Bummer, I must learn not to eat like a pig on holiday, it's just not worth the effort when I get home!

Lol and I have every intention of pigging out on holidays! Off in 19 days :) hope you have a great week and shift those pesky 2lbs. I'm only barely optimistic for tomorrow's w.i.. I hope the scales are good to me!
