A new stick or similar family disign???

Hi There,

I've been looking through disigns for a while this morning and I cannot find what I am looking for. I was wondering if someone can make me a stick figure Family or family disign with heads and mickey ears (not mickey heads) for my family that just got a little bigger!!

Here they are:

Dad
Mom
Jackson - 2 years old boy
Jonah - 11 week old baby boy
Jersey - Golden Retriever.
