A new scrapper question

How do you use ribbons, brads, raised stickers, etc. on a scrapbook page without it causing the page on top of it to get a "bump" in it? :confused3
 
For anything really "thick" (like an eyelet or brad) I make sure it isn't positioned directly opposite a photo on the opposing page. I haven't found things like ribbon to cause any problems. But I also store my albums upright - so there's not a lot of pressure on the pages.

My thoughts exactly! I store my albums upright, which relieves the pressure.
