A new record for me....

Mine also came back tonight and I finished my check in. I don't know if it was a global fix, or if it was because I had successfully gotten through on the phone earlier today and they opened up a ticket for me. Either way, happy there seems to be a solution even though it is slow going.

Now it seems three of the people in my family had their transfers disappear, but I still paid for them. ugh. Will give that a week or so before trying to call back...

Good point about the ticket being opened.....maybe that is what happened to me too. I'll check with our FB group and see if anyone else got through.

agreed. i must have the best TA because if I need something done I email, but I also can text her if it needs a quick turnaround.


on another note, with dcl phone wait times like this, the next booking release will be delayed, because the phone lines would be impossible to get through. I wish you could book online with a placeholder instead of calling in.

One hundred percent. It's ridiculous they don't allow this yet. Same with canceling a cruise (without having to use the chat).
 

So, I just called about the same trouble everyone else is having with 'outstanding balances' after PIF and the inability to make changes to port adventures, etc. I was told that the wait time was.... 595 MINUTES!!!! Yikes, I'm bad with math, but I think that puts me into somewhere 2 days from now!!! What the h? How is anyone supposed to get problems resolved or at least accurate information???? Oh, well.... Hopefully it gets corrected in the next 2 1/2 weeks! :laughing::hourglass:laughing:

Hey! Go easy on them. The company only makes 68 billion dollars a year in revenue. What do you expect them to do? Hire competent software developers and fully staff customer service? That's not a reasonable expectation and could cut into the CEO's 23 million dollar a year bonus. Let's not get greedy here.
