I have seen that the higher you get in the organization that the less you can rational think things through. Always have others doing it for you.

This made me think of my sister years ago when someone asked her if she was going to apply for a 'higher' position that was coming open at her company. She said no, she just wanted to come in, pack her box of cookies and go home like everybody else, lol.

That is so true... We had a cab coming to get us and they called us almost an hour prior so at least I am at home waiting...
