Horrible, horrible day at work yesterday but today is better!

New agent, grown man acting like a two year old, had a tantrum yesterday. We are required to hire people to answer calls from certain areas so we have to put up with this garbage and basically baby-sit them until they learn the ropes (if ever).

I made peace with him today but he is still a PIA! I try not to believe cultural stereotypes but.........

Thank goodness there is wine in this world for my whine!

About a year ago our boss decided his son in law needed to go to work (translate to mean he didn't want him laying up in the 'mansion' all day doing nothing). So now he's in charge of a lot of stuff here & being a PIA too.

Susan - You and I can commiserate together! All my training over the years has never covered "stupid" employees.

Brandi - Can you send whatever caused your PIA people to leave your office over my way? PLEEEEEEZE!

And an update....One of the 3 people who were screened/sent by the temp agency and we hired because they speak a particular language and can answer calls in that language told us yesterday that he/she can't actually speak that language And that person is the best employee of the three in all other ways!

Oh Kathy... Sounds like you truly need the weekend...

My PIA was pretty much everyone's PIA and they were fired. We all just complained until our boss was tired of hearing it.

My PIA Lt. is just that, a PIA. He's dumb too. He got divorced after 25 years of marriage... the dumb part he got married last month and he's already unhappy. SO I win he's a PIA and dumb as a stump. oh and BUMP!
