One of our agents hired in August quit this morning when asked to return to her permanent job....
Can't blame her but now we have to find a Spanish speaker and train this person individually which is such a pain.
Our contracting system requires that we hire temporaries. They come already looking for other jobs and with baggage like undependable cars, no health care etc. and we can do nothing about it.
I JUST LOVE MY JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE CONVINCE ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!! But at least this worry is better than worrying about DH!
