It seems they just lay more on top of people and dont care, or upper management never doing it and think that it can be done. They stress everyone out. They need to slow down and take care of the employees. I am so sorry. I will pray that it gets better hug bump

Sorry you are still having issues at work. Our manager quit in Feb after 2 months out on "stress" related disability. New manager starts tomorrow. I don't know her but hear she is supposed to be very nice & a very fair person. We have lots of issues on our unt so I hope she's up for the challenge. I am taking on the uion rep spot on our floor (I've never done that before) so I hope she's easy to get along with. Good luck!

Focus - I truly hope your new manager turns out to be a good person; she can make all the difference in your work environment!

I wish we had a union in our company! I came from 36 years with a place with a union and I truly miss the support and guarantees it offers. My current company is getting $60,000 worth of work out of me for less than $25,000 and I have no recourse but to move on which is hard at my age.

Gotcha Jo! I'm even older; my husband is retired and now pretty much disabled and can't work so until we move to an area with a cheaper cost of living I have to work.
